MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Gborkolleh Town, Lower Bensonville, in Montserrado County, has arrested two persons in connection to their involvement in a bloody land dispute.
According to ELBC Correspondent, the crisis left at least three persons seriously injured and hospitalized.
The crisis was triggered after one set of the family sold four acres of their land and refused to give some members their share of the money.
The incident which took place on Monday, October 14,2024, when the deprived members of the family demanded their share of the proceeds.
Our Correspondent said the victims are currently undergoing treatment at the Bensonville Hospital in Bentol City, while two of the suspects, Momo Passaway and Momo Bility, are currently in police custody undergoing investigation.
Meanwhile, about six of the suspects are said to be on the run.
