LOFA COUNTY, LIBERIA-The Senate Committee Chair on Defense, Intelligence, Security and Veteran Affairs says integrity is the pillar of effective law enforcement.
Making remarks at the graduation of over 500 immigration officers in Foyah, Lofa County, Senator Momo Cyrus challenged the graduates to exhibit honesty, fairness, and ethical standards in their duties.
Senator Cyrus reminded the graduates of the critical nature of their commitment to national peace, stability, and development, thereby fostering public trust and confidence.
Meanwhile, the Lofa County Senator termed the recruitment of officers as a reflection of progress made by the Liberian Government in fortifying the borders and ensuring national security.
The Senate Committee Chair on Defense, Intelligence, Security, and Veteran Affairs commended the government for recruiting skilled officers, thereby stressing a deep commitment to protecting the sovereignty of all Liberians.
