MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia’s Chief Justice Sie-A-Nyeneh Yuoh has released the result of seventy-six Attorneys at Law who sat the Supreme Court Legal Exam in 2004.
Of the total number who sat the exam, fifty-three Attorneys made a successful pass, eight failed, eight were granted a dispensation, and seven were unable to sit the exam.
The result shows that Attorney Stephen Kai came first, followed by Attorney Andrew Bropleh, while the Supreme Court is yet to announce the date for the admission of the successful candidates.
However, reports coming in say the admission is expected to be held this month, during the closing of the October Term of Court, and to re-open the Second Monday in March, consistent with Chapter Two, Section 2.5 of the Judiciary Law of Liberia.
In a related development, the Supreme Court has announced the results of seventy-six Law School graduates who sat the Attorney at Law legal exam, where sixty-one passed successfully and fifteen failed.
