Liberia Revenue Authority to Begin Joint Inspection Enforcement Exercise…

in partnership with the Immigration Service and Labor Ministry, is expected to shortly begin a joint inspection enforcement exercise in the six southeastern counties of Liberia.

Assistant Minister for Alien Registration at the Labor Ministry, Raphael Donokolo, said:” This is a regular initiative carried out by the three entities to ensure adequate revenue generation and aliens’ compliance.”

Speaking on the Super Morning Show on Thursday, February 27, 2025, Assistant Commissioner for Taxpayer Services Division at the LRA, Isaac Stevens, revealed that the exercise is aimed at enhancing revenue generation and ensuring aliens residing in the country have requisite documents to operate.

Southeastern counties where the exercise is expected to take place include Grand Gedeh, Sinoe, River Gee, River Cess, and Maryland counties, among others.

The exercise, which is expected to last for a month, will begin in early March of this year.
