Gov. of Liberia Proclaims 2025 Performance Target Setting Process

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Government of Liberia, through the Cabinet Secretariat at the Ministry of State, has announced the start of the 2025 Performance Target Setting Process.

The exercise aims at defining strategic deliverables in line with institutional mandates and the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development.

The process, which falls under the Performance Management and Compliance System, marks a milestone achievement in the implementation of the PMCS.

In a recent release issued, the Director General of the Cabinet, Nathaniel Kwabo, extended appreciation to the Office of the President, the Cabinet Secretariat, and various public institutions for their cooperation with the process.

Mr. Kwabo named the development and publication of Institutional Service Delivery Charters and the Strengthening of Internal Systems as some activities captured during the first cycle.

Meanwhile, results from the 2024 Annual Performance Appraisals are expected to be announced in the coming days, following a review process by President Joseph Boakai.
