MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai is urging citizens to foster unity and collaboration among one another, irrespective of differences.
President Boakai said:” It is time for citizens of the country to rise above division by putting aside their differences, and work collaboratively to build a more just, peaceful, and prosperous Liberia.”
The Liberian Leader’s call was contained in a special ‘Goodwill Message’ on the advent of the holy period of Easter.
In his address, President Boakai acknowledged the trials and challenges Liberia has faced, while celebrating the progress made.
The Executive Mansion says the President’s remark serves as a call to action for all Liberians to embrace a shared vision for the country’s future.
In conclusion, President Boakai wished Christians and residents of Liberia a good Easter and encouraged the citizenry to reflect on their faith and the future of the nation.
