NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-A tragic motor accident has claimed the lives of two persons in Tappita, Lower Nimba County.
According to our Correspondent, the accident occurred at midnight when the two motorbikes collided while riding without headlights.
The deceased, Samuel Quaye, who is a graduate of the Tappita United Methodist School and a prospective student of the Monrovia Vocational Training Center, died instantly, while the other person, whose name is yet to be identified, was rushed to the Jackson F. Doe Memorial Hospital and passed away two days later
Our Correspondent said their deaths have left Tappita City mourning, with a call for stringent traffic regulations in the city, especially at night.
Meanwhile, the remains of the deceased were turned over to family members for burial.
