Grade School Students Must Use KwiNuu.Org Platform Dr. Tarr Urges

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-KwiNuu, a 501 (c) (3), non-profit, non-governmental organization both in the United States of America (USA) and Liberia, is to officially launch its KwiNuu.Org internet learning platform for grade school students in the country.

 KwiNuu.Org, according to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KwiNuu, Dr. Arthur Geezay Tarr, Jr., was created with WordPress, an open-source CMS platform, which is free for anyone to download and use, and anyone can contribute to its code or other areas to help improve it.

Dr. Tarr, Jr., speaking to some journalists over the weekend in Oldest Congo Town,  disclosed that the platform is developed with the primary aim of KwiNuu to create compelling content for mainly 3rd Grade, 6th Grade, 9th Grade, and 12th Grade Students in the country.

He also mentioned that it is with the purpose to develop useful learning resources in all subjects for students throughout the country, which will strive to improve their learning outcomes both in school and in public examinations, considering that the West African Examinations (WAEC) administers tests.

Dr. Tarr, Jr. said that besides, the organization will diligently work in the areas of professional development for Liberian Teachers, to carry out research and outreach activities to better the country’s education sector.

“KwiNuu means to learn, to grow, to strive to be cultured for a promising future in old Liberia for a better Liberia for all Liberians, that is why the organization focuses is in four thematic areas- Collaboration, Learning, Integrity, and Punctuality”, he pointed out.

Dr. Tarr, Jr., urged Liberian students, particularly students who will be sitting future WAEC-administered exams, to make use of the platform as it will greatly to successfully score good grades.

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KwiNuu, for Liberia to move forward, its citizenry must be educated, which is a vital requisite for the sole survival of the country.

As a developer of KwiNuu, “I hope that it will plant the just need seeds to our students to learn and grow. So above all dear young Liberians, just keep on learning for a bright future awaits you”.
