MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Government of Liberia, in collaboration with UNDP Liberia, has broken ground for the coastal defense project in Sinoe County.
According to our Correspondent, the project, sponsored by UNDP- Liberia, is expected to be completed in five months.
Our Correspondent added that residents of Greenville have commended the government, through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and UNDP- Liberia for the initiative urged them to work speedily to save what is left of Greenville.
In another development, Sinoe County Senator, Augustine Chie, has broken ground for the construction of children recreational centers in seven schools in the county. The project is intended to give the children a healthy learning environment.
Meanwhile, the Principals and students of the benefiting schools have extended their appreciation to Senator Chie for identifying with them.
