MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai has reiterated the Government of Liberia’s dedication to the implementation of projects that tend to impact the lives of the people.
President Boakai said:” Gone are the days when projects that are supposed to benefit the people are constructed in a sub-standard manner, squandered or diverted for personal use.”
According to the President, the government will continue to prioritize the interest of the citizens, while holding those found in corruptible acts accountable.
He said,” Projects ranging from the construction of schools, roads, clinics, and other facilities, geared towards improving the lives of the people, must be implemented through quality means.”
The Liberian Leader made these assertions at a special Cabinet Meeting in Monrovia at the grounds of the Executive Mansion, on Monday, May 19, 2025, during a special Cabinet Meeting.
Meanwhile, President Boakai says Inter-Ministerial Coordination is key to achieving the targeted goals of the government.
President Boakai said,” If the government is to succeed, all ministries and agencies must work together as a team in meeting the needs and aspirations of the citizens.”
He called on government officials to coordinate and collaborate in the execution of programs and policies as opposed to working alone.
