MONROVIA, LIBERIA-First Lady Clar Marie Weah has urged the Army Wives Association to make maximum use of the modern building, to enhance their skill training program.
Madam Weah said:” The construction of the building is part of my effort, through the She’s You Movement, to provide vocational skills to army wives at the Edward Beyan Kessely Barracks in Margibi County.”
Speaking at the official dedication of the facility on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, Madam Weah said the building was constructed at the cost of one-hundred-twenty-five-thousand United States Dollars.
She described the training center as a promise fulfilled and an effort to take the women from despair to dignity.
Madam Weah urged husbands of the women benefiting from the facility to continue their diligent service to the State.
President George Weah cut the ribbon to the facility, paving the way for the army and their wives to enhance their skill training program.
