MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Stakeholders in the Rule of Law Sector are recommending tougher action against those reneging on child support.
They noted that lack of child support is prevalent in the Liberian society, putting so many women at disadvantage.
The stakeholders argued that the increase in lack of child support is not only a burden on the family, but the entire society.
They spoke over the weekend at a one-day Stakeholder engagement organized by Camp for Peace in Voinjama, Lofa County, with support from the Carter Center.
The engagement was intended to review and provide update about the Community Advisory Project being implemented by the Camp for Peace.
