MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The U.S. Coordinator on Global Anti-Corruption and Executive Director of the Anti-Corruption Task Force are expected to arrive in Liberia today, Monday.
Mr. Richard Nephew and Shannon Green’s visit is to underscore the U.S. Government’s commitment to anti-corruption and good governance, through the newly released U.S.Strategy on Countering Corruption.
While in the Country, according to a U.S Embassy release issued, Madam Green will meet with representatives from Liberia’s integrity institutions, civil society organizations, the media, and the Legislature.
The Coordinator on Global Anti-Corruption position integrates and elevates the fight against corruption across all aspects of U.S diplomacy and foreign assistance.
The Executive Director of USAID’s Anti-Corruption Task Force leads implementation of the U.S Strategy on Countering.
