Gov. launches Nat’l Digital and Postal Address System

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberian Government has launched the National Digital and Postal Address System in Monrovia.

Post and Telecommunication Minister, Cllr. Cooper Kruah, said:” The system is aimed at showcasing Liberia’s position among other countries through technology”.

Minister Kruah noted that the latest digital will effectively aid people in easily and conveniently identifying locations of places across the Country.

Cllr. Kruah also disclosed that the System was fast-tracked by the Ministry, in partnership with SnooCode, an IT-based international company.

Meanwhile, US Ambassador to Liberia, Michael McCarthy, thanked the Ministry for implementing such an initiative.

Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer of SnooCode, Sesinam Dagadu, wants every Liberian to make use of the app by downloading it, using Play Store.

According to him, once the app is downloaded, it automatically works without a connection to the internet.

Mr. Dagadu described the System as the most advanced medium designed to give the full location of every   Government ministry and agency, as well as serve delivery method.
