MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Acting Managing Director of the Liberia Civil Aviation Authority wants major airline landing equipment replaced at the Roberts International Airport (RIA).
Mr. George Mulbah said:” The Liberian Government needs two hundred US Dollars to purchase a new Wind Sock which is nearing expiration.”
Speaking at a news conference on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, Mr. said the current weather-reading equipment is outdated and requires urgent replacement.
He said:” The Liberian Government needs to intervene urgently to avoid the Country falling into the redline of the International Airlines Organization.”
Mr. George Mulbah, however, praised President George Weah for the gains made in the Airline Sector.
