MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai, along with a Government delegation is expected to depart the Country this Friday to participate in the 2nd Indonesia-Africa Forum from September 1-3 in Bali, Indonesia.
A MICAT release says during the Forum, President Boakai will hold high-level talks with his Indonesian Counterpart to seek partnership and support for agriculture, especially in oil palm, rice, and rubber production.
The release further disclosed that President Boakai will also hold discussions on energy and petroleum, water supply and sanitation, public health research, and tourism, among others.
Members of the Liberian delegation include First Lady Katumu Boakai, Foreign Minister Sara Beysolow Nyanti, Minister of State for Presidential Affairs Sylvester Grigsby, Health Minister Dr. Louise Kpoto, Agriculture Minister Dr. Alexander Nuetah, and Minister of State without Portfolio Mamaka Bility, among others.
Meanwhile, the Liberian Government delegation is also expected to hold similar engagements with its Chinese Counterpart following the end of the Indonesia-Africa Forum.
