MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Acquitted former Chief Justice Gloria Musu Scott is calling on the Liberian Government to pursue the killers of Charloe Musu.
Cllr. Scott said:” The Government has the statutory mandate to arrest and prosecute the killers of Charloe in keeping with its public safety laws.”
Speaking to the VOA Day Break Africa on Thursday, August 29, 2024, the former Chief Justice expressed delight over the restoration of her civil liberty, along with three family members.
Cllr. Scott, however, vowed to seek judicial prison reform in the country’s justice system amid huge challenges confronting the Sector.
Madam Gloria Musu Scott also told the VOA that judicial prison reform will focus on a code of conduct and penalties for police and prosecutors to ensure those professional institutions do what is right.
