MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai has named additional officials of the Liberian Government affecting the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC) and other institutions.
President Boakai has also made appointments at the Local Government level affecting Grand Kru, Sinoe, Lofa, Rivercess, River Gee and Margibi Counties, respectively.
In an Executive Mansion release issued recently, the Liberian Leader named Claude Katta as Chairman of the LERC.
At the Local Government level, the President appointed Dr. Augurie Stevens, Johnson Miah, and Harrison Yohn as Notary Public Officers for Montserrado County, Karnplay and Sanniquellie Cities in Nimba County, respectively.
The release quotes President Joseph Boakai as calling on all appointed officials to continue to demonstrate diligence, commitment, integrity, and loyalty in service to country.
