MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The US Embassy near Monrovia says it remains committed to addressing substance abuse in Liberia.
The Embassy Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Director, David Galbraith, also vowed to improve public health in the country.
Mr. Galbraith committed recently in Monrovia at the closure of a twenty-eight-drug demand reduction program under the US Embassy Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.
According to a US Embassy release issued, the climax of the recent drug demand reduction program in Liberia marks the country’s first time to independently deliver training on the comprehensive universal prevention and treatment curricula.
Meanwhile, the US Embassy says it is proud of the sustainable impact of its State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs program while lauding facilitators and participants for their dedication.
