MONROVIA, LIBERIA-European Union Ambassador to Liberia Nona Deprez has expressed explicit confidence that the Liberian Government Town Hall program will achieve its desired goal.
Ambassador Deprez praised the government for formulating the landmark initiative to ensure that citizens are part of decision-making processes.
Speaking at the launch of the program in Congo Town on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the EU Envoy called on Liberians to take advantage of the Government Town Hall program for constructive dialogue with their leaders.
Ambassador Deprez said:” Doing so will further cement Liberia’s growing democracy and sustain the peace the country enjoys.”
Ambassador Nona Deprez said,” The EU remains steadfast in working along with the Liberian government to improve the living conditions of the citizenry.”
