MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Director of Passports, Paul Ngafuan, has outlined gains made by the Foreign Ministry under his administration.
Director Ngafuan said:” About eighty percent of operational efficiency has been increased, which has a cutdown of about sixty percent of their services.”
He indicated that several strategies have been put into place to mitigate challenges faced by Liberians in receiving passports.
Director Ngafuan named the creation of an online application process, establishing a joint interview for applicants, and dividing passports receivers into four areas depending on the applicants last name among others.
The Foreign Affairs Passports Division Director, also reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to ensuring that Liberians receive passport without headache.
