Carolyn A. Miller High School in COVID – 19 Interventions for Students, Community and Others

PAYNESVILLE, LIBERIA – The Executive Director of Vision Awake Africa for Development(VAAD) and Founder of Carolyn A. Miller High School, Karrus Hayes, want institutions buttress government’s efforts fight COVID – 19.

Mr. Hayes made the statement when the Administration of Carolyn A. Miller High School identified with its students and distributed a 25KG bag of rice to every student.

Other beneficiaries from the distribution of the Three Hundred Twenty Five Bags of 25KG rice included residents of the 1108-Bassa Town Community and the Amos Taybior Institute, in Paynesville.

According to Proprietor, Hayes, Liberian institutions need to begin seek the welfare of it members in giving to their own aimed at addressing the vulnerability caused by the Corona Virus.

He lauded the donor to Vision Awake Africa for Development, Dorothy Stanley, for making a critical intervention possible towards the vulnerable students and community in which they operate.

The Principle of Carolyn A. Miller High School, Rev. Joseph A.B. Gueh, said all 172 Students and staff of the school took home a bag of rice.

Students and their parents as well as the Chair of the community, and Amos Taybior Institute’s representative lauded the Administration of Carolyn A. Miller High School for the gesture.
