MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah is expected to shortly take a decision on a report from alleged professional mal-practices at the National Public Health Institute of Liberia (NPHIL).
On August 10 this year, President George Weah set up a Special Investigative Committee to probe reported breaches of health protocols at NPHIL, and suspended for time in definite the NPHIL Director General, Dr. Mosoka Fallah, for ethical, professional and administrative lapses.
But addressing the Executive Mansion weekly Press Briefing Tuesday, September 1, 2020, Deputy Presidential Press Secretary, Smith Toby said the President will be taken a decision this week.
Mr. Toby said:” The suspended NPHIL Boss may be reinstated or relieved of his post, as part of the pending decision to be taken by the President.”
Meanwhile, the Executive Mansion has lauded the Special Investigative Committee for the investigation.
