MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A 52 year old man is currently in detention at the Monrovia Central prison, for allegedly sodomizing a 13 year old boy in Congo Town.
The incident, according to police, took place on August 22, 2020, after a complaint was filed by one Stephen Kennedy, alleging that suspect Edwin Freeman committed the act.
The investigation further revealed that suspect Freeman took advantage of the boy’s presence in his room, while he was cleaning-up.
According to the report, the police rushed on the scene of the alleged crime to arrest Mr. Freeman, after the thirteen year old boy got sodomized and began crying for rescue.
Suspect Freeman has since denied the allegation, attributing the action against him to family jealousy because of properties.
