SALALA, BONG COUNTY, LIBERIA-Former Bong County Police Superintendent Kolleh Livingstone says the reconstruction of Liberia is the collective responsibility of the Liberian people.
Mr. Livingstone said:” I differ with critics who harbor the notion that the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC)- led Government can rebuild Liberia in three years, after the devastation of the civil war.”
Speaking on Monday, January 4, 2021, Mr. Livingston said the fourteen years of civil war affected all sectors of the Country and noted that these sectors cannot be fixed in three years by Government.
He named electricity, pipe borne water, road, education, the economy, among others, as some of the sectors completely destroyed during the civil crisis.
Mr. Livingstone, however, praised the CDC-led Government for the significant strides aimed at improving the social wellbeing of the Liberian People.
