KAKATA, MARGIBI COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Kakata, Margibi County are investigating a man known as Menue Tokpah, for the mysterious death of a sixteen year old girl in the County.
ELBS Correspondent said prior to the incident, the suspect had reportedly taken the deceased to a local entertainment center on Wednesday night, September 23, 2021.
Our Correspondent quotes family sources and neighbors as saying the girl returned home the next day feeling very unconscious.
According to our Correspondent, the girl was then rushed to the Kakata Health Center for treatment, where she later died the same day.
During Police preliminary investigation, Tokpah admitted taking the girl out, but denied his involvement into her death.
The suspect is presently behind bars awaiting court trial.
