MONROVIA,LIBERIA (Kolubah Zayzay)-Grand Kru County has been declared champions of the 2019/2020 National County Sports Meet by the organizers, the Youth and Sports Ministry.
The Youth and Sports Ministry has also fined Nimba County one-thousand- five-hundred
United States Dollars, and banned for two years. Nimba County and BYC coach,
Mouctarr Fofana, and Nimba football Team Administrative Manager, Musa
Kromah from all sporting activities in the country.
The two are accused of inciting Nimba County players to walk out of the pitch
during Sunday’s grand final between Grand Kru and Nimba Counties.

Grand Kru County seven minutes in the second half.
Grand Kru County led 1-0 just before the drama that forced the game to come to an end.
Youth and Sports Minister Zeogar Wilson said:” The decision is in keeping with
the rules and regulations governing the 2019/2020 National County Sports.”

County Meet title the most, with Nimba in second place on four titles.

sponsors of the National County Sports Meet for the incident on Sunday, which
forced the County Meet Grand Final to be abandoned.
