VOINJAMIN, LIBERIA – Over 100 bodies of dry meat value over LD$ 1Million has been burnt in Lofa County.
According to ELBC Upper Lofa County Correspondent, the burning exercise was carried out at the Forestry Development Authority (FDA)’s local office in Voinjama Monday, August 10, 2020.
The FDA Regional Secretary, Ben Miller, Speaking at the burning site, disclosed that the burning exercise will serve as deterrent to other wildlife traders across Liberia.
The Correspondent said the meat was seized from four traders the arrest was made on Saturday, August 9, 2020 in Pulowou Town, Wahansa District.
