Criminal Court ‘C’ Judge Yamie Gbiesay recognizes Cllr. Ndubuisi Nwabudike’s Legal Representation in court

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – Criminal Court ‘C’ Resident Judge, Yamie Gbiesay, has recognized Cllr. Ndubuisi Nwabudike legal representation in Court, despite his expulsion by the Liberian National Bar Association (LNBA).

Judge Gbiesay Monday, August 17, 2020, acknowledged the expelled lawyer’s legal presence during parties’ representation in the ongoing criminal case, involving four ex-CBL officials at Criminal Court ‘C’.

He was announced on the minutes of court, as one of Government lawyers’ lead prosecutor from the Anti-Corruption Commission, prosecuting four ex-CBL officials.

ELBC Judicial Reporter further revealed that this is the third time Cllr. Nwabudike has appeared publicly for legal matters for the Government of Liberia in the bar.

He was expelled as member of LNBA on June 19, 2020, for alleged submitting a fake citizenship documents during his confirmation hearing at the Liberian Senate.
