MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has signed the book of condolence for fallen former Ghanaian President, Jerry John Rawlings.
The signing ceremony took place Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at the Ghanaian Embassy in Monrovia.
According to ELBC Executive Mansion Reporter, President Weah was led by an array of Government officials.
Former President Rawlings died on November 12, 2020, at a hospital in the Ghanaian Capital, Accra.
Following his death, President Weah described the late Rawlings as a great leader who contributed to the attainment and sustainment of peace during the Liberian civil war.
