VP Taylor laments over poor learning conditions in Todee District…

TODEE DISTRICT, MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor has expressed sadness over the lack of development and backwardness of Todee District, in Montserrado County.

Madam Taylor said:” Despite being the first District in the Country, residents of Todee continue to suffer from deplorable roads and lack of basic facilities.”

She lamented the poor learning condition school children are subjected to, with no electricity, libraries and lack of chairs.

The Vice President was speaking to ELBC on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, during a tour of her farm land in the district.

VP Taylor assured the people of Todee Statutory District of building a modern school, which will contain good learning facilities for the children.

The Liberian Vice President said purchasing over two-hundred acres of land in the district will enable young people to benefit more empowerment opportunities.
