Pres. Weah Assures of Gov.’s Commitment to Improving Healthcare Delivery in Liberia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has assured of his Government’s continued commitment to improving healthcare delivery across the Country.

President Weah underscored the importance of the medical profession, saying access to better healthcare remains top priority of his Government.

He boasted of great progress in the health sector over the years in disease prevention and minimizing mortality.

The Liberian Leader’s statement was contained in an address delivered virtually to healthcare workers at the Third International Community Health Worker Symposium being held at the EJS Ministerial Complex in Congo Town, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

President Weah is currently holding talks with US Officials in the United States, after successful engagements with Authorities of the United Arab Emirates, recently.
