MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia’s Chief Pathologist has released an initial report on the remains of Charloe Musu in open court in the murder case involving former Chief Justice, Gloria Musu Scott, and three others.
In a PowerPoint presentation at Criminal Court ‘A’ on Monday, October 30, 2023, Dr. Benedict Kolee revealed that the perpetrators reportedly spilled toxic on the late Charloe and stabbed her multiple times to death.
Dr. Kolee told the Court and jury that during the visitation of the crime scene with both the prosecution and defense, blood stains were found in defendant Scott and the deceased’s rooms, respectively.
The report also revealed that the assailants also used extreme force to subdue Charloe, after an intense scuffle with the perpetrators in personal defense.
The post-mortem also established that there was no intruder at the home of Defendant Scott during the incident.
