Earlier, Ambassador Ahmed El Azeem Zeinhom Farghaly thanked the Liberian Chief Executive for the warm reception accorded him since his arrival in the country. Ambassador Farghaly said:” Liberia has proven to be a great nation and the nucleus of democracy in Africa.” The new Egyptian Ambassador praised President George Weah for the developmental stride, and said Africa and the world are proud of the upcoming peaceful transfer of power.
