NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Nimba County Senator, Prince Johnson, has admonished citizens of the County to support the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC)-Government.
Senator Johnson said:” The numerous development projects in the County show that the Government has not forgot about the people of Nimba County.”
The Nimba County Lawmaker said citizens will attract more development to the County by supporting and cooperating with the Government.
Senator Johnson made the remarks Monday, February 15, 2021, during the visit of President George Weah to Nimba County, on his current nationwide tour.
He commended President Weah for the level for development across Liberia, since he became President.
In another development, Nimba County Superintendent, Nelson Korquoi, said the construction of the Logatuo Road by the Liberian Government has boosted economic activities in the area.
Superintendent Korquoi said:” The rehabilitation of the road and other key development projects are having meaningful impact on the people of Nimba County.”
The Superintendent spoke in a town hall meeting President Weah and the citizens of Gompa City.
Also speaking, Nimba County Senator-elect, Jeremiah Kung, thanked the Government, through President Weah for ensuring that Nimba County benefits CLSG Electrification project.
He said the numerous projects undertaking in the Country shows that Nimba County is benefiting immensely from the Government’s Pro-Poor Agenda.
