Education authorities investigate two schools for alleged examination malpractice

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – WAEC Authorities are investigating two schools for alleged examination malpractice in Monrovia.

The two centers are the St. Peter Lutheran School in Sinkor, Monrovia and the Wesleyan Academy in the Stockton Creek community.

Education Minister Ansu Sonii said students at the centers were seen with photo copies of the exam papers and other materials at the start of the nationwide exercise.

Minister Sonii said if found guilty, the centers will be ban from administering any public exams and the results of the students involved will be canceled.

Meanwhile, the Education Boss cautioning students and school administrators to desist from such practices as it sent wrong signals of the education sector of the country.          By  Steven Dorbor)
