“Stronger cooperation, mutual respect and dialogue are key…”-Vice President Taylor

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor says stronger cooperation, mutual respect and dialogue are key elements to consolidating peace, security and development.

Madam Taylor said Liberia, like other nations, will only get better when countries begin to strengthen development cooperation for sustainable result.

Meanwhile, Madam Taylor has hailed the Government and people of China for their keen interest and support to the development of Liberia.

She said:” China has continued to position itself as one of Liberia’s most reliable partners, especially in the economic and social transformation of the Country.”

At the same time, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Bhofal Chambers, wants powerful nations of the world to consolidate mutual respect and live in the culture of diplomacy to ensure the sustenance of peace and security.

Meanwhile, Dr. Chambers has craved the support of western nations for the economic and social development of Africa.

He spoke on Thursday, December 15, 2022, during a program held at the Chinese Embassy in Congo Town outside Monrovia.
