Police Arrests Five Persons in Todee District for Alleged Attack on Chinese

RURAL MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-The Liberia National Police (LNP) has arrested at least five persons in Todee District for allegedly attacking some Chinese Nationals in the area.

The Paramount Chief of Ding Gola Chiefdom in the district, Tony Kadakai, said:” The Chinese were attacked by some masked individuals carrying cutlasses and other harmful objects.”

Those arrested are Ben Bondo, Jerry Kollie, Prince Thompson, Abel Zayzay, and Samuel Arch.

The attackers are said to have taken away three smartphones, diesel fuel, generators, clothes, and foodstuffs.

The suspects arrested are in police custody in Nyhen Town awaiting formal charges.
